Professional holiday lighting installation in Barrie and the Surrounding Area, from design to removal, we make your home shine safely and beautifully.

Nobody should be on a ladder in December

The reason people call us is almost never the lights. It is the roof. Putting up holiday lighting in Simcoe County means a ladder on frozen ground, ice on the eaves and a two storey roofline in the dark at four in the afternoon, and it is the single most common way homeowners get hurt over the holidays.

We are up ladders and on rooflines year round setting posts and building decks, we are fully insured, and we have the gear to do it properly. You get the house lit and you never touch a ladder.

Our Process

Design plan

We start with a quick consultation to design a lighting layout that fits your home, style, and budget, from classic white to full festive color.

Installation

Our pros handle every detail safely and efficiently using commercial-grade lights and secure mounting for a flawless finish.

Enjoy the glow

Sit back and enjoy your beautifully lit home, perfectly timed, perfectly placed, and full of holiday spirit. If any problems come up, we’re there to maintain the lights during the season.

Takedown & storage

After the holidays, we remove and neatly pack your lights for easy storage and next-season setup.

What is included

  • A design consultation, on your house rather than off a catalogue
  • Commercial grade lights, not the string that fails in a January wind
  • Secure mounting, clipped to the roofline and the trim, no staples and no damage
  • In season maintenance, so a bulb or a run that goes down gets fixed rather than staying dark until spring
  • Takedown after the holidays, and the lights packed neatly for next year

Rooflines, peaks and gables, trees and shrubs, porch and post wraps, railings and walkways, wreaths and garland. Residential and commercial both.

Book before the snow

Installs run from late autumn and the calendar fills from the outside in, because the good weather weeks at the start of the season book first. Getting on the list early means your lights go up on a dry roof rather than an icy one, which is better for the install and a lot better for whoever is doing it.

If you were with us last season, your layout is already on file and the second year is quicker than the first.

Where We Work

Holiday Lighting across Simcoe County.

Barrie

Barrie is the bulk of our holiday lighting. Two storey homes through the newer subdivisions on the south and east edges have the high, steep rooflines that are exactly the ones homeowners should not be climbing in December, and the older streets closer to downtown have the mature trees and wraparound porches that take the most design time.

Springwater

Springwater houses sit back off the road on big lots, so lighting that reads well from a neighbouring driveway in Barrie disappears out here. What works is the roofline picked out cleanly plus the mature trees near the house lit, so the property reads from the road rather than just up close. Long driveways and no streetlights make it worth doing properly.

Wasaga Beach

Wasaga Beach is wind. Lighting on an exposed beachfront roofline takes weather off Georgian Bay all winter, so clip spacing and fastening matter more here than they do inland. A lot of these homes are seasonal, and in season maintenance is worth more when nobody is there to notice a run has gone dark.

Simcoe County

We light homes and businesses across the county, including Innisfil, Orillia, Collingwood, Essa, New Tecumseth, Bradford and Oro-Medonte. Book early, the calendar fills.

Questions, answered.

No. We use commercial grade lights and material, so the lights come with the install and go back into storage with us after the season.

As early as you can. Installs run from late autumn and the early season dates go first, which are the ones with the best weather for getting on a roof safely.

We maintain the lights during the season. If any problems come up, call us and we will come out and fix it.

Yes. After the holidays we remove and neatly pack your lights for easy storage and next-season setup.

No. Everything is clipped to the roofline and trim with proper fasteners. We do not staple or nail into the house.
