We started as post hole diggers and everything else grew out of that. It is why our fences and decks begin below ground, with posts to 42 inches and piers to 48, set in concrete on ground that has not been disturbed.

Almost every job we do starts with the same machine and the same hole. The difference between a fence post, a deck pier and a gazebo footing is the depth, the diameter and what goes in afterwards, which is why one crew can do all of it properly instead of subbing half of it out.
If you are building the fence or deck yourself, or you are a fence company with a crew waiting, you want post hole digging or deck piers on their own. We dig, we set, we leave you a line that is plumb and true, and your people go straight to boards. This is a large share of what we do and it is why we run 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, every day.
If you want the whole thing done, fence construction and deck construction are the same crew carrying on past the footings. Nothing gets handed between trades and nobody frames on top of a pier somebody else put in the wrong place.
Holiday lighting is the odd one out, and it exists for a simple reason: we are up ladders and on rooflines all year, we are fully insured, and December is the one month nobody should be doing that themselves.
What does not change, whichever one you book
- Locates before the auger. Gas, hydro, cable and water in the digging area, every time. On rural properties, the well line and septic bed as well.
- Full depth. 42 inches for fence posts, 48 for deck piers, where ground conditions allow. Simcoe County ground does not forgive a short hole.
- Fully insured, with a decade of industry experience behind it.
- Every day, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Not an answering service, the actual working day.
- Up to 15% off all lumber plus free delivery this season, if you would rather we sourced the material.
Residential and commercial
Back yard fences and decks are the bulk of it, but the same equipment does subdivision post runs for builders, commercial chain link, sign and light standard bases, and storefront holiday lighting. If you are a contractor who needs a set number of holes on a set date, say so when you call and we will book it as a block.
